Do you have a hard time living in a trusting energy?

Do you have a hard time living in a trusting energy when you are in a relationship? 

What does this mean?

❤️Trusting YOU will be okay no matter what happens because you always have you and you have a strong love and connection to you

❤️Trusting the universe has your back

❤️Trusting you are loved

❤️Trusting what IS there

Maybe you are living as if the relationship is ending. Or not trusting it will continue. Not trusting his love. Not trusting your love for yourself. 

When you live in this space of not trusting the relationship, there are several problems-

First, you are not present because you are worrying about what happens in the future so you miss out on feeling all the joy and happiness and love in the relationship.

Second, this is what you will manifest for yourself. So your fears will become your reality. What you focus on energetically is what you will manifest so if you focus on not trusting your relationship and staying in your fear, then this will become your reality. 

Third, he will feel your energy…that you are not trusting…and he will mirror this back. So he will not live in a trusting energy either. 

How can you live in a trusting energy and commit to the love and not the fear?

❤️Give yourself more love and connection by strengthening your relationship with yourself…honoring your needs and making yourself a priority, talking lovingly to yourself, making time for yourself, really spending time with what feels good for you 

❤️Give yourself more certainty in your life. When there is uncertainty in your relationship and you have a need for more certainty, look at where you can meet your own need for certainty.
