Focus on appreciation

Appreciation will help you to attract and live the life you desire. 

When you can live from a place of appreciation for what is, you will attract so much more to be appreciative about and you will not be resisting allowing the good into your heart. 

Appreciation helps you to focus on what is good in your life and in your relationship. 

When you are in the energy of appreciation you are open to allowing more good into your life. 

It helps you to experience the joy. To be grateful for your blessings. To be grateful for what you have. To be present and enjoy. To show others your good feelings that result from their actions. To connect with your desire for more good. 

Because each thought you have attracts the next thought. 

And when you focus on what is positive and happy, what it is you desire, you will manifest more of what is positive and brings more happiness and joy. 

In your relationship I know it can sometimes feel hard to focus on what you appreciate when there is something bothering you or not going the way you would like. 

But you always have a choice…you can choose to focus on what is good and appreciate that, no matter how small. Or you can choose to focus on what is not going your way at the moment. 

Remember that whatever you turn your energy towards, that is what you will attract more of…so focusing on what you do have will bring you more of that.
