Living in the now is where happiness, joy and love are created
What you are focusing on may be preventing you from living in the present, finding joy and connecting with yourself.
Where is your focus? If you are focusing on something that happened in the past (whether it was yesterday, one year ago or twenty years ago) or what may or may not happen in the future, you are not present.
When you focus on your hurt or anger or resentment these are preventing you from being present because they are based on the past.
When you leave the present moment, your stress increases.
Living in the now is where happiness, joy and love are created.
Feeling more presence in your life begins with connecting with your heart. You can feel more joy and happiness from your heart and not your head. Not by getting stuck in a loop of thought or self blame.
And when you can just be in the moment and connect with your emotions, you’re tapping into an inner knowing which becomes your strongest guide.
Set an intention for yourself…invite yourself to be present. Create a new focus…that what matters is right now, the present, the moment.
