Connect with your power
When you are feeling stressed or triggered, it can bring you down if you allow it to. You can easily become focused on what isn’t working out for you or isn’t going well in your life.
This is because when you are feeling negative you see the world through those eyes and subconsciously look for what isn’t working. The more focused you become on what isn’t working or isn’t good, the less you are connected to appreciating the good things.
Your filter becomes set to seek out the negative and minimize the positive.
How can you refocus your energy and connect to something you can appreciate? How can you change your lens in which you view life when you become stressed or triggered?
Realize your power and connect with it! Everyone has a power within them. This power has helped get through difficult experiences in life. But for whatever reason we can forget our power. Lose touch with it. Not allow it to help us when we need it.
