When you have a child with a mental illness or addiction, navigating this illness is a marathon not a sprint

When you have a child with a mental illness or addiction, navigating this illness is a marathon not a sprint.

If you are spending all your energy worrying, angry, fearful, stressed, you are going to run out of steam.

When you have been worrying about your teen/adult child’s safety and future for so long, you run out of resources and become exhausted.

It may also be eroding at some of the emotional resources you need right now, such as having enough patience and belief in yourself that you are doing your best as a parent.

This is a long term issue and you need to be aware of your state of mind.

It’s really important to build in time to take care of yourself both physically and emotionally.  To make this a priority.

When you are able to foster a healthier emotional state and life habits for yourself, everybody will benefit, including your child.

I’ve been through this myself.  I understand it.  I’ve lived it.  And I want to tell you that there is another way.  I have developed a unique coaching process to regain your natural emotional resilience, your self-love and self-respect, and find more peace and purpose in your life.  You’ll learn how to break free of the daily fears that are holding you back.  To find out more,

Sending love and light,

Debbie
